As a third-party payroll and staffing company, we focus on building trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.

We take pride in working alongside our sister organization, Vasuki College of Nursing and Paramedical Science, which is dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare professionals. Together, we aim to create a system where education, skill development, and employment go hand in hand.

Beyond staffing, Employzes is also actively engaged in digital marketing services. We work closely with businesses to help them grow, improve their online presence, and achieve their goals. Our approach is simple — when our clients grow, we grow with them.

As Co-Founder, I, Rajesh Kumar, bring over 5+ years of experience in the NGO sector. This journey has taught me the importance of social impact, community development, and creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds. I have also completed diploma courses in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing, which allow me to contribute to the company’s modern and growth-driven approach.

My dream for Employzes is to build not just a company, but a platform that creates real value — where individuals can build their careers, businesses can scale, and the healthcare sector can find reliable support. I believe that by focusing on skill development, ethical practices, and continuous growth, we can establish Employzes as a trusted name across India.
